Pre-study A Rala pre-study can be used as the basis for a grant application and provides more detailed cost indicators for both material and labour costs. Our pre-study includes an investment calculation which shows you how your planned investment will be spread over materials, construction and project costs. As part of our study we also provide you with a design proposal.
Our design proposal is produced using a simulation tool which optimises the network for the most cost-effective solution. We also include a cost calculator which allows network owners to vary the cost of construction and materials, to indicate their own prices for excavation or change the number of connections.
